Refund Policy

Still Serving, Inc. is committed to its values and will not sacrifice integrity for a donation.  Still Serving, Inc. will review all donor's information to ensure the donor, donor's business or affiliated business activities, or donor's personal or affiliated personal activities support Still Serving, Inc.'s mission, vision, and values.  Donations will be refunded to the donor, within 30 days from date Still Serving, Inc.'s Donation Quality Control Department issues a "Letter of Intent."  If the Donation Quality Control Department discover activities associated with the donor that do not support Still Serving, Inc.'s mission, vision, and values.  All donors will receive an official notification from Still Serving, Inc.
