Still Serving, Inc. welcomes a new board chair on its 5-Year Anniversary
JACKSONVILLE, North Carolina, August 7, 2023 - Still Serving, Inc. proudly announces the appointment of Alan Solter as the board chair of Still Serving, Inc. Board of Directors. Alan Solter has served as a board member since 2018, and has made numerous contributions to the development of this nonprofit corporation during the start up phase.
Alan Solter currently serves as a Pilot with Delta Air Lines and has been with Delta Air Lines since 2014. Prior to joining Delta Air Lines, Alan was previously appointed as a board member on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity, Craven County, North Carolina and served in the United States Marine Corps for 22+ years before retiring in 2014 as a Lieutenant Colonel. Alan is a combat veteran and has earned numerous prestigious awards during his honorable service.
Alan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the board and will continue to be a tremendous asset to Still Serving, Inc.'s mission to improve skill development for students in low-income communities.
